We stayed at http://www.foxholes-castle.co.uk/ great site with camping / hard standing / bunk house and lodges and a short walk into the town, the route was South of Bishops Castle, I don't have the route as I'm a map rider, but I may be able to get a GPX of it, but there are a few TRO's up that way.
I've got a fair few trips booked this year, but I'm sure I could fit a weekend in
